Are the iPhone and the Android app the same?
Yes. The design, functionalities and the content are similar.
Do I have to add my content twice in the CMS; once for iPhone and Android?
No, you manage both platforms within the CMS simultaneously. Everything that you add in the CMS will be published to the iPhone and Android app.
How do I get my app on the App Store?
Once you’re done with setting up your app in the CMS, we will submit it to the App Store and Google Play (Android).
How long does it take before an app becomes available on the App Store?
Apple takes 8-12 business days for their approval process. Be aware of this when you have a specific deadline in mind, as this process can’t be expedited. We submit your Android app as soon as we receive notice of the Apple approval. The Android process takes up to 24 business hours.
Can an app be rejected?
There is no approval process for Android apps, but Apple has set specific guidelines. You can read them
here.
If your app gets rejected, we will work with you closely to optimize the app to Apple’s standards. So far, none of our apps have been rejected!
Does the app also work on an iPad / tablet?
You can use the app on tablets. However, they’re not optimized for these devices. For example, on the iPad you’ll get to see the 2x/zoom in option. If you wish to have an app specifically designed for a tablet, please get in touch with us.
Can I test drive the app first?
No. Our app consists of a basis set of modules. These are explained to you on this page (link naar WHAT YOU GET) and in the CMS. If you have any further questions about this, you can always send us an
email.
Can I use the modules multiple times?
If you want to use the Agenda module twice, you can do so. We charge a fee to implement a module to your account. Please send us an email with your request.
Can I host the app myself?
No you can’t. The app is linked to our server which also hosts the content you have uploaded in the CMS.
Can I pay through an invoice instead of a credit card?
Sure, no problem. Send us an
email with your request. Payments with PayPal are possible as well.
Can I publish the apps through my own developer’s account?
That’s possible.
